Seriously though, don't know what to make of it. I really don't see what this has to do with "The Sims" franchise. Sounds more like some medieval RPG with strategy elements. :-?

If it's actually like the Sims then it could be pretty good, otherwise like you say it just sounds like another medieval rpg...
