So combat troops fight in a war zone?

Who would've believed?

No one has ever won a ground war in Afghanistan.

Barack Obama

If I thought for a minute that America's vital interests were not served, were not at stake here in Afghanistan, I would order all of you home right away.

Who is more deserving of contempt? The commander-in-chief who sends young Americans to die for a cause, however misguided, in which he sincerely believes? Or the commander-in-chief who sends young Americans to die for a cause in which he manifestly does not believe and yet refuses to forsake?

Hard to figure out where we are and where we are going.

I get the impression that we have met before, The Third Man.

Where? I don't have the same impression. I'm new here, but enjoy the give and take which Subsim.com allows. And since I have questions reguarding SSN's the members have treated me well.

Well, that's just the thing; I don't think that you're new to SubSim.

Really? What was inappropriate? I said that I didn't think he was new to SubSim. I didn't call him names or say that that he was a bad person. If he is new, great. If he is not, I think that he has an obligation to come clean. You, and every other member deserve no less than honsesty and integrity.
