[REQ]Slow Ship Spawn

So many times I've been raiding a port and then suddenly the one destroyer I sank COMES BACK. And I'm on the SURFACE sinking ships and it thrashes me. How do I make ships spawn less often?

Completed all SH5 campaigns and never saw something similar, but since I use IRAI.. I saw something else.

Heading home for refit I encountered a lonely unarmed merchant so I decided to have some fun. So I was sailing along the merchie and level up my keyboard navigation skills when I noticed some random splashes around me. Was thinkin that the merchie found some DC's or guns aboard and he try to be funny with me. Then I got a huge hit that dazzed me... few seconds later when I turned around to see if is any plane attacking I had few seconds only to see a destroyer bow slicing me in half. Was first time when I got rammed and sunken by the AI.

Point is that the merchant called for help so maybe that was your case too. At least with IRAI on, no more having fun with lonely merchants or fishing in the enemy ports.

was wondering if the ship ramming was working or not  Looks like it's working just as it should :D A ship will only ram you if it's weight is > a certain weight I defined.

Any news, or should I just stop whining.

That's another story and one of the devs confirmed that is a glitch. I saw a QM BB spawned right on top of the another one just when I was about to fire a salvo... posted screenie on bugs topic. The whole Scapa area is a sad bugfest, I try to avoid it as much as possible...

I'm not raiding ports as is damn boring, only in the rare situations when is no mission available or I have to sink stuff near the coast.. like was op. Drumbeat.
