Oh-ficial McBee Schedule

I booked my tickets (for $10:D:woot:). I'm flying in late tues(21st) to Providence, RI and flying out late Monday (27th) from Providence.

Providence is perfect for US people, as it is in the middle of everything! ~60 miles to New london, ~30 to Fall River.:woot:

I'm planning to spend extra time @ New London and/or Fall River, Or maybe do Rev War stuff on Wednesday:hmmm:

I'll be getting a rental car, the rest is pending.:D

Anybody want to hang out or tag along, feel free to contact me, I'm game:yeah:

McBees lead the way.

Just outside the UCONN campus in Groton, there's a nice locale called "East Point" where you can just sit down and watch boats go by for hours on end. It's only about a 15 minute drive South from the submarine museum, and there's a decent seafood restaurant on site overlooking the marina. It might be worth checking out if you show up early.

Here's a quick and dirty aerial photo I whipped up:

update:

Everything is booked!
I'll be staying in Providence tuesday night.

I got a rental car for the whole trip, on a side note when we go to Boston, I really don't want to drive there (I have good intel on those boston drivers!:o and I ain't talkin about the dogs) So would it be possible to bum a ride with someone there?

and the cabins, we need to bring our own bedding? And does anybody want to split a room?

I'll split a room with you. If they sleep more than 2 more are welcome to keep costs as low as possible. I am a broke college student after all :arrgh!:
