Thoughts?

Towelhead chimps?

They might well have finally found someone willing to fight for them that can actually aim!

Jimbuna 07-14-10 02:37 PM

Sounds like someone has been monkeying around :hmmm:

the monkey ringleaders are running out of lower lifeforms to send to battle (i.e. terorists) so they are going to do the job themselves

no serously, this either bad propaganda or the west is actually winning the war on terror. a civilian hidding an AK under the robes is stealthy but a monkey carrying an AK.... OK, this is hillarious

and it might just backfire on them like the soviet anti-tank dogs

It was also discovered that the dogs were trained to go under Soviet tanks which were running on diesel. The German tanks were running on gasoline and the dogs were not familiar with the smell. The sound of weapon fire also scared the dogs into running back to its handlers. The dogs would once again jump back into the Russian trenches to its handlers and trigger the mine.

Holy Apostate Apes, Batman!

Me thinks this is a hoax

While monkeys may be the craziest peoples, they are not known for their discipline or intellectual focus.

I have served beside some military members that could give them a run for their money too. In basic I would have been proud if my DI "promoted" me to monkey instead of the "lower" terms he affectionately called me.

Ahh the good ole days. Boy they sucked.

I foresee this backfiring on not a few occasions....

Platapus 07-14-10 04:58 PM

or my favourite, the cat guided bomb designed to cause bombs to drop on ships as opposed to the ocean.

They tried the same with Pigeons as the guidance system... but the admirals thought it was a bird brained idea and caned it... :O:

The all-time best ever use of such tactics was, of course, in the Battle of Pelusium. The Persian commander ordered his troops to capture as many cats as they can, then released them on the city. Since the cat was sacred to the Egyptian religion, the Egyptian defenders immediately surrendered the city and ran away. Another version was that the Persian army came into the battle holding cats and promptly slaughtered the Egyptians who would not dare risk harming them.

Whether this story is true is hardly of any concern. :O:
