Something like that. I did not understand anything when I tried it.

I predict that the base will eventually expand to include two nuclear waste disposal sites which will then explode and fling the moon out of orbit. :yep:

It's horrible, all you do is go up to a broken part hit repair and wait.

For all you welders out there, its the best simulator available. Static and boring just like your job! :D

I can't try it out since I only have my laptop with me and it can't run anything 3d. Do you mean there's no way to kick your team mates into outer space with a satchel charge?

Na there isn't even Russians to kill and compete with. That would have made this game so much more exciting.. Moonbase Alpha: Cold War

The "game" is being a NASA handyman indeed, a plumber, or maybe electrician. Space Plumber Simulator, they should have called it. A round will take about 15 minutes with a bad team, so do it for about an hour and you've seen and done it all, many times over, and it's not fun enough to merit further repetition.

The Stephen Hawkin chat mode, on the other hand, is the real gem here. Turn on "Text to Speech" in the options and enjoy. But that's my sense of humor, I watch Sponge Bob and Kid vs Kat, so hearing Hawkin say "penis" may not be your thing.

I tried this last night and have to agree.

You have pretty much seen and done everything within the first 15 minutes or so.

Only thing I can think of is NASA saw Americas Army or whatever it is called, success and wanted to get in on that action. Maybe build some interest amongst youths. However it falls woefully short on content.

Besides I guess they dont have much else to do at NASA these days except publish games.
