70th Anniversary of Battle of Britain
Surprised no-one posted this but Saturday was the 70th anniversary of the Battle of Britain.

Ah, well. :salute: either way. Today is the anniversary of the Battle of Prokhorovka and Operation Kutuzov though, arguably one of the most important turning points of World War II. EDIT: Ah, saturday. Right. |
Thanks to them brave chaps Britain could stay in the war and made the liberation of Europe a possibility.
