How can anyone explain a spy swap before the spy swap was even caught?

History has proven that men and many women, including one ex-wife, have to get caught lying before the truth can be revealed.

The time line spells someone besides the white house knew what was going on.

Your right about credibility though ... someone has to tell the truth for that to happen.
