What is online play like?

I'm thinking about giving it a go. Might be fun if we had about 3 or 4 of us forming our own wolfpack. I haven't even looked into the multiplayer yet. So how is it? Any fun? bugs?

Played once or twice when the game was launched and the lobby had enough players. I was very disappointed by the MP, it's just lame. You start in front of a huge convoy and the match is won by those who accomplish first the tonnage requirement. Never managed to play more than 5 minutes as soon the game started, the rest of players were sailing on max speed and launched loads of salvos randomly in the convoy, so the mission requirement was filled fast. Since then, never bothered to play again MP, SH is just not built for that.

Best is if you form a small grp of friends and play on Lan. So then all of you will use the same mods, settings and even build up MP maps that will comfort ur needs. Playin' on Ubi servers is a waste of time, this is not a MP game.

I'd reccomend you asking the question again in this forum

The multiplayer match-up forum. Not played multiplayer myself but you will find many who have, and if there any co-ops as Magnum says - I rather suspect that you'll find them there.

Good luck matey:salute:
