Predators

Couldn't find a thread about it (I'm sure we had one, tho :hmmm:) so here goes. The new Predators flick hitting the theatres sooooon.

Can't say I'm too thrilled about it, for one, Adrian Brody can't act and for second, I don't like the idea of having "Super Predators" in it.

Anywho, AVGgalaxy has an review up, with 4/5 stars, have a look:

Yea just started seeing ads for it on TV here, due out in cinemas soon. Hope its good!

I'll probally watch it to see Predators having a good hunt :O:

not fond of the human cast either (apart from Danny Trejo, he's awesome but most likely to get the worst death in the flick :haha:)

I'll watch it as a Predator flick, not a sequel of Predator 1 & 2.

Maybe Brody will get hunted down early in the movie. That will take care of his less then stellar acting. Looks ok though. Hope the Aliens win! :yeah:

I like the Predator films so I'm looking forward to seeing it.

You sure the new movie "Predators" is not a documentary of Wall Street?

:D

Factor 07-07-10 05:41 PM

or the Obama regime. :haha:

Maybe it is because i just came back from a bicycle tour and have had a very ice-cold bear rushing to my head, but I read this German review of the movie (shreddering it), and I burst into laughter about the "Schreibe", it is written in a very laconic, funny tone. I liked it, though I probably would not like the film. If you want to have a laugh, a good read:

Is this the ice-cold bear you're referring to, Sky?

Some do typos with small letters, others with huge, large, site-filling pictures...

Might leave it till DVD gets released based on this: http://www.smh.com.au/entertainment/...709-103gf.html

I think what made the original Predator good along with the original Alien was that you had no clear idea what it was that was bumping off the cast until the very end. Not seeing the danger makes it far more threatening than knowing the form of your tormentor.

This seems to be one of those hate-love movies looking at the reviews. There's good ones and there are bad ones.
