Last pill I took was a decongestant a few days ago.

First drug I took in about 3 months.

I generally won't take pills. Other than Tums, the only medications I can remember taking since I was very young were all administered during surgeries and post-op. I try to put the burden of all maladies directly on my body so that it may better deal with whatever crap I feel like putting it through at a given time, save a small exception for dentistry.

That lead to my kidney stone so be careful with that. Now I only drink sprite, water, and all the citrus drinks I can down. Lemonade, limeade, orange juice, V8, etc.

Caffeine leads to kidney stones apparently. Coffee is the biggest culprit. Sweat Tea is second and caffeinated soda is third. After one kidney stone, I'm not going through that again. :nope:

Regularly:
Caffeine
Nicotine
Citalopram (started 3 months ago, seems to be working)

Rarely:
Alcohol
Taurine
Paracetamol
