No 3.7 cm on Type IXC?

So I just upgraded to a type IXC from a B, and I notice the heavy flak gun is gone. Some upgrade! What gives?

Steve

when you change turm.

Svendog 07-05-10 03:21 AM

Bug's?

I think the game is buggy where the guns are concerned. I just replaced my 2cm flackvierling for a 3.7cm twin and just found out that I have no 2cm ammo for my other two flack guns. :damn:

Flackvierling come late...

Ahoy Vendor, I'm in January 1944 at the moment. Had to go back to previous save in base to put guns back to all 2cm because of the ammo problem. I was basically making a comment on the way the game handles guns in general. Even in SH IV, I had problems with the guns, like when I put 2 deck guns on my Balao, I couldn't put crew in the boat to man them. :hmmm:

I generally don't upgrade my flak until after upgrading the turm because you can sometimes get what you want with the turm.

Is that kinda like waiting your Turm? :O:

maillemaker 07-05-10 10:02 PM

Well I upgraded the turm and I can have (2) 2cm guns but no 3.7cm.

Steve

3.7cm FK M 42

3.7cm SK C/30

Month=1

I just thought it was odd that my Type IXB had one "out of the box" and when I "upgraded" to the Type IXC it was gone.

My original install used to start the IXBs with a 37mm behing the tower.
My new install starts them with a 20mm on the tower.

No problem. That's two more men that can be permanently assigned to Damage Control.

The only time I tryed fighting with aircraft was when my CO2 level dictated that I had to buy some time on the surface, or suffocate.

Flak gunners dead. Mr Carlewitz dead. Uboat nearly crippled.
Aircraft undamaged.

Good afternoon Sir!
