Say what you will about Kagan, this man is 100% correct

Always question when someone puts "Freedom" in their title, its like a tin pot dictatorship calling itself a "democracy".
So his objection is that she impeded recruiters from doing their job on campus, do you think someone ought to tell him that she didn't?
