Promotion points

What gives the most bang for the buck? For instance faster diving or more accurate torpedoes, etc. I am almost maxed on torpedo accuracy and I can't see a big difference. :cry:

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAALWAYS upgrade your weapons first. torpedoman first, then gunner, then motor officer. always upgrade PASSIVE abilities first. THEN active.

I was hoping someone would say " give the points to the cook ". Sort of like " The Navy sails on its stomach " or was that " An Army marches on its stomach "

the cook doesnt matter. he should be the last guy you upgrade.
