How do I get a second FLAK gun?
 

I think I did it before but now I don't remember how. I upgraded my conning tower to the version that has two platforms for FLAK guns, but when I try to acquire a second FLAK gun I don't know how to do it. I think I have enough renown but I don't see where I can buy a second gun.

I think you get it with the second tower. You dont have to purchase it seperately.

Dang, that is what I was hoping but my second tower doesn't have a FLAK gun (I just finished an entire mission without it). I must be screwing something up somewhere . . . any ideas?

Wow...I have no clue..sorry. When I got my second tower the flak gun was already there.

well, i just got command of a new boat (full speed ahead is 21 knots, which kicks A$$) but anyWAY, i bought the conning tower upgrade which got me a second flak gun so im pretty sure either you need comand of new boat or you just get a flak with your new tower cause if u dont idk why.

Depends on what Mods you are running. If you are running the Tower Insignia Mod Pack there is a bug in an earlier version

Do you mean the one called "Fist Full of Emblems?"

Krauter, YES!!! That is it. I downloaded and installed the newest version of the "Fistfull of Emblems" and now I can choose to upgrade the Wintergarten FLAK gun. And it appears in-game. Thanks!!!
