German - English I'm stuck ..Help!

I am changing careers from German to American and I can't get back to English for the fleetboat boys. Campaign runs fine but with German language.

I removed all German speech mods with the Mod mover program everyone uses..but still can't get back to English.

Any help would be appreciated. Can someone send me the English sound files? Or tell me how to get back to English for the US campaign?
