LWAMI3.09 is not avaliable?

i tried to download LWAMI３3.09 from
Commanders Academy & Dive Center - Forum
But it appears only 30kb　when I download it?can some help ,or provide aother link to it?

I tried to download it,but it appeared 30kb in dowload tools(thunder or Browsers intergreted tool).can anybody download 3.09 from above link?
