Some more details would be nice as well. It may be true, but there is no mention of the actual legislation in the 'article'. In fact it's nothing more than a diatribe just like the ones posted here a lot of the time.

Yeah, a C-SPAN replay or something close to it would help greatly. Watched some of that channel the other day... bored me to tears but I reaped a lot of information from it.

Nice unbiased sources you have there. The first rant links to a second rant, and neither really explain what the hell is going on.

The struggle between the Executive and Legislative branches concerning the scope of Administrative Law has been going on since the late 1800's.

All presidents (democratic or republican) push the envelope and when it gets pushed enough the congress (whether controlled by the democrats or the republicans) push it back in place.

Just remember that the Executive Branch can pass what ever regulation or policy it wants, but if it costs one dime, it needs to ASK congress for the funding.

Mr. Moon is a media researcher not a legal researcher. He would be well advised to at least glance through the Federal Register or the Code of Federal Regulations to get an idea of how common rules, regulations, and policy that originates from the Executive Branch legally governs our lives every day.
