xbox live ban .
xbox live ban . My 16 year old son has been banned from xbox live because these mongrel kids at his school dont like him . What can he do ?
|
Nothing much really, your best bet would probably to get in touch with X-box customer services and explain, they'll have just been complaining about him to get him banned. Get him to give you their Live ID's and see if they can do something about it. Not too sure that will work though :hmmm:

You need to make sure that his side of the story is correct. From what I understand Microsoft gathers evidence before it renders a ban.
Also make DARN sure its not a hardware ban due to attempted hacking. Once that ban is rendered your Xbox will never connect to live again. Its useless tho you can buy a 199 arcade unit to replace it. |

Take it like a man and buy PS3. :DL

or a PC, where bans are per server

You could fight it out, Microsoft could check and see if all the complaints are coming from one internet area (where you live). Though you may find out that your son may not be entirely honest with you and is a wanker online, or modded the xbox.
