Couple type XXI questions.

Ive just gotten into my new type XXI Uboat in the GWX mod:D

Whats the max diving depth this boat can take before crushing? is it greater than the other boats?

Also have some of the old bugs that were is SHIII vanilla for the XXI been fixed in GWX, like the battery recharge bug? Also I installed the mod for the sensors for the snorkel, but im not sure when it becomes avaialble. Seems like it will be automatically installed on a certain date. Which is it?

Thats it for now :D

Not sure about the date for Schnorchel, but the max depth of the real XXI was about 280 meters, according to uboat.net.

you can easily stay at 300m without damage for over a day, and can even get down to 400m for an hour or so, but much further and youll crush.
this is assuming that your sub is in perfect condition and you dont have any mods to change crush depth or simulate malfunctions.

For me, if i take an XXI under 210 m, i start to take damage, but im also in stock with the XXI in 39 mod only. So im wondering how you took a XXI boat to 300m+. And if its possible to do in Silent 3ditor, how its done.

Furthest I took a XXI unmodded (aside from GWX) was 300m and it was taking damage at 280m

Well, i will take one right now, in stock, to the deepest part, and see what happens.

Edit with Findings... 200 meters Okay, 210 meters okay, 220, not good, pull lever and blow balast with flank speed. In Stock.
