Camera out of Sectors

Howdy !

I just started the North Atlantic career and when I head up into the Northern Part of the map and I try to go to external view all I get is a black screen with a small icon that reads : Camera out of Sectors: does anyone have an idea why this happened ? I just finished reinstalling the game and it is still doing it.

Happens around icebergs, are you using an iceberg mod?

I had it installed

But now that it is a fresh install without Mods it is still doing it. I thought the same thing which is why I uninstalled and reinstalled to kill it with a brick. but no use , unless the old saved game still has some of the old data loaded ?
