FileFront Login Issue
 

I made an account, but whenever I try to login it says "Incorrect Password"
I remember my username and my password but it wont work!

you try the "forgot my password" link?

Here. I don't remember it being that buried, but I don't use FF that often either.

I opened a ticket, but to access it
I NEED TO LOG IN!!!

:har: I'm sorry, but that has got to be the epic fail of customer support.

I know I had an account there a while ago and had to open up a new one in the end. Might be easier.

But seriously, they need a normal "Forgot Password" link

Open up a second account and use that to open a ticket and make your enquiry.

You will end up having two accounts (this has happened to me) but you can simply focus/use your main one.

It does that to any account I make, I've already made 2

Then it looks like your the victim of the FF server glitch that happens too often for my liking.

It'll probably clear up in a day or so....you might want to consider using another file storage site such as Mediafire.
