My watch came in
 

Won the auction several days ago, went on a trip and got back last night. Checked the mail today, and whoo-hoo! My package came in. It's a 30 second stopwatch, mechanical. Pretty freakin awesome.

But damn, that's expensive. And I wasn't even sure about whether it was authentic or not. I'm pretty happy with what I got :)

I must admit I was tempted to bid for the original one....just whilst I was viewing it and noting the Ebay buyer protection facility but would never get it past the missus unnoticed :DL

The funny thing is that I have been looking at the same type of stopwatches, as I like thsoe types of things in general. :up:

Pretty nifty! It would be kind of neat to have a real Kriegsmarine stopwatch!

A lot of fake stuff has been coming out of the Ukraine.
I watch the U-boat section on E-bay almost daily, I look at the death cards.
These folks in the Ukraine have been pushing cigerette cases allegedly from U boats also.
Use caution and common sense and imagine how someone in the Ukraine got all this U boat stuff they pedal.:nope:

There's a 40ish dollar Hanhart, Made in Germany, that came up for auction after I won this one. Might be what you're looking for.

Now, the writing on the back and on the front make me wonder, they're both in English.

I don't know enough about the watches issued to say either way.
