SH mission editor images used commercially

I am writing a book on a ww2 subject and am planning to use some images created in the SH mission editor in one of the chapters. Any of you know how this works out regarding to copyrights, etc? I have sent several mails to Ubisoft but have received no reply.

I'm not really qualified or sure of the position but I would urge great caution on you and advise you make even more efforts to contact Ubisoft before proceeding.

Try PMing Neal. He's probably got some links into the SH development teams that may give you a quicker response than blind e-mails to Ubisoft.
