UPLAY doesn't work
 

Hello all:salute:
I am playing sh5 for 2 months and I wanted to play on uplay. i created an acount but when i try to log in from the game it says that my account does not excist. i can log on the website.

we have an update. now it says that my online key is invalid.:damn::damn::damn::damn:

Just click the UPLAY option in the main title screen of SH5. You dont even need to log in or anything, as you'll be logged in though the game.

If you want to look at UPLAY while not in the game..... Its the same name and password you use to log into the game.

When I click it it says "start uplay browser?" and I click yes. Then it tells me that my account does not exist and it takes me to the register screen.

No it hasn't been resolved. And welcome to subsim.:salute:

My advice to you is to get onto UBI tech support. They take a while to get hold of , but I'm told they are pretty good at sorting this kind of thing out.

You might want to have a look through these forums as well because I swear I remember someone else having issues simlar to this - he'd reinstalled the game and it was refusing to recognise his account details. I can't for the life of me remember the outcome though.

I believe I also have this issue. The strange thing is that UPLAY works fine on my Desktop, it seems their promise for multi system gaming isn't working.

I have also had this problem with Splinter Cell Conviction, when I mentioned to the support team that i want to play on my Laptop, all they said was the game isn't compatable with Laptops, which is not a concern since i have an Alienware.

If anyone knows how to fix this issue, i would be very happy.
