A couple of questions
 

I notice on the Ubisoft game launcher that you can avoid having your games saved on the server. Will they then be saved on your hard drive or will you lose them? Just want to be sure.

Also, what is Uplay on the main menu? There is always an "unavailable" message when using it.

Games have / are alway saved on your harddrive.

The option on the launcher is to sync the save online aswell. I'd recommend not sync'n your saves online as this can cause a few problems with older server side saves overwriting the more recent saves on your harddrive. :nope:

The Uplay part is for rewards and listing your tonnage online. You get uplay points by completing certain missions etc. These points can be used to buy things like skins etc. Not sure why yours says its unavailable. I'd always been able to use the Uplay part. though i never bother anymore. Waste of time IMO.
