Haven't played the remake, but own the first version of it. In MY opinion it's the worst of the CC series. Too many tank battles to my liking. :hmmm: Also, the campaign is the same in COI than in the first one, as in, you can't move your troops around the strategic map, but instead have to fight the battles in given order. On the bright side, I heard it has a new MP campaign mode which runs 24/7, basically you fight for sectors and can hop in to the server and fight someone and the war "progresses".
In my opinion, you should consider either CC4: Wacht am Rhein or the remake of CC5. :yep:
