Operation Weserübung?

I have finished the first three missions in the Total Germany campaign and the Feb. 25 1940 the BDU still doesn't offer me the choice of the last mission: Operation Weserbürung.
What I have to do? Sink some british ships waiting for the beginning of the operation (recon mission)?
Or this is another bug?
