[REQ] binocular orientation mod

I understand, and agree with, the rationale and reasoning behind the 360 degree bearing circle having been removed in GWX. What I'm looking for, for the binoculars, is a simple 4X 90 degree orientation circle, marked 'fore', 'aft', 'starboard' and 'port'. I've no idea how to create that, and I'd be very grateful if someone could make that.
