McHub532's Subpen Humor Flags

McHub532's Subpen Humor Flags v 1.0.0

This is for those that want a good chuckle and don't insist on everything being 100% serious and realistic. Myself, I will probably only add it a few times and then be done with it. It's me playing around and learning how to use GIMP 2.6.8 better and cutting my teeth on modding.

I was going to post a picture of what it looks like in game but I decided against it. I loaded up the game to the last auto-arrive-at-subpen whatever saved file and just busted out laughing when the game started up.

It's worth it to just give it a go once for a great laugh.

Let me know if you still have the problem. It's working for me but that doesn't mean it's working for everyone. I'm also working on seeing if I can get a subsim upload ability like the other modders; that might work better for you if that happens.
