Lacking crew?
 
how come when i check the crew page its only like 10 or so. What happened?:cry:
currently using stock 1.5 with multiple mods

Just making a guess with very little information. Some mods change the ranks of the crew to more accurate ones. The upc file of the sub specifies the rank that can man certain stations. If a MOD you are using changes the ranks, but another mod changes the sub, the sub will not have a full crew or may have no crew at all.
If you open the submarinename.upc file in the Crewmemberslots section you will see lines like this:

[UserPlayerUnit 1.Compartment 5.CrewMemberSlot 6]
ID=CrewMemberSlot_BowTorpW3C1
NameDisplayable= Fore Torpedo Crew
Type= Crewman
WatchIndex= 3
IDLinkCrewMember= POTorp

That links to the Crewmembers.upc (inside the UPCData folder) you see:

[CrewMember 3]
ID= POTorp
NameDisplayable= Hank English
CrewMemberNameIDLinks= NormalUSNames,CommonUSNames
DateOfBirth= 1915-12-31
Head= 1
Voice= 3
Tatoo= 1
Rank= PO3rdClass

Then the "Rank" will link to an entry in the Ranks.upc
[Rank 4]
ID=PO3rdClass

Definately not the only reason you don't have crew but a common one. Especially is you are using a surface ship.

Mod soup. If the readme of any of those playable ships does not say it's meant to be used with OM720 you should drop them.

"NONE" of those "mods" are compatible with OM.

The Titan works with OM all you need is the Blackwolf sub. For whatever reason I did not include a certain file that the Titan needs that the Blackwolf has. I have the latest version of OM and both subs work fine I made sure of that. There will be one guy in the repair crew slot all you need to do is move him to the open deck gun slot and it will be fine.
