Congress passed a bill that 70+% of the nation didnt want passed.

thats failure to represent... thats the whole point.

Its quite funny really, how many of those complaining about the government going against the wishes of the people supported your government when it went against the wishes of its people?
Come to think of it when that government got kicked out of office didn't the same people complain that the Spanish had voted the discredited government out of office.
