I don't like this bar too, its showing the remaining ammo in the clip.
I get rid of it in this way:
1. reduce the size of clip to 1 for 20mm single or 2 if it is 20mm twin
2. reduce the reload time to zero
Since there is always empty in the clip the bar disappear automatically, and the reload time is 0 sec therefore support continuous firing as before.

Edit the last two sections of the file, [G3A I22] and [G3A I23] to read as follows by changing the values marked in green. So -518 to 0, 250 to 768 and -518 to 0, 250 to 768 and 0.5 to 0.

This will move the flak gun's loading bar to the very top of the screen, above the player guidance icons. This change is based on The DarkWraith's MultiUI 1.2 mod.

Ideally you'd save a copy of the ini with these changes and load it via JSGME.

seemed like a good place for it no? It's out of the way but still in sight for reference.
