graphics help needed please
This is more technical then submarine related but I'm hoping someone can help.
I have a fresh copy of Trigger Maru and SH4/uboats installed. I downloaded the latest ATI driver. I'm using an ACER LCD wide screen monitor with the VGA adapter. PROBLEM: I Cannot get the display to FIT the screen area at ANY resolution! It overlaps on all sides and top and bottom! This particular monitor does NOT have the ability to adjust horizontal and vertical size with the on screen control. Here are my specs but any bright ideas would be appreciated! What's the native resolution of your LCD monitor?
|
I'll check when I get home but I think I leave it at 1152x720. Didn't think that would effect in-game. Also I may have turned on anti-isopic filtering before things went bad so I'll try turning that off as well.
The game looks GOOD for the first time so I don't want to give up on it. I just HATE screwing with these things when THERE'S A WAR ON ya know! |
OK, I take it you don't get that option in the game options? Have you tried editting the config file in \My Documents\SH4\data\cfg\main.cfg? Try in the [VIDEO] section changing the res to 1152x720 and see what happens.
