who can help you? NO ONE!! Sometimes I ask myself... what the hell do most people think when they start threads here for a game that has only been out for some weeks... [Req] here... [Req] there.... :damn::damn: Some people even do not know which suffix is correct... :nope: Damn it.. use your brain... now it is even not possible to add ships to SH5!! SH4/3 needed months to achive adding playble ships and they had a mod base full of experience from some years since 2005. SH5 starts almost from scratch! Instead of questioning each day for different mods use your demand and get yourself at work!! ok? So.. I am done! |
While I don't share HanSolo's negativity, or enthusiasm on the subject I do have a thread going about this.
Currently it's a few pages back due to no news on this front. Everyone is waiting for after patch because of importable ships. If they can give us an easy way to import damage models and such, it will get me around the hurdles I have right now. |
well im talking with models already present. I remember that sh3 and 4 eventually had ships made for it. and considering that SH5 shares much of the same code. but i better stop before some other person who's having a bad day decides to freak out...
and as i recall once they cracked the formula for making ships it was relatively easy for sh3 and 4 I thought the only hurdle was the model format. |
Adding playable ships was nothing more then changeing models and such.
Drop the GR2 stuff, use dats and carry on as before. It will happen. |
im sure there's a tutorial out there...ill try to wrap my head around it.
