Seen in the GWX 3 manual about uniforms and weather. I can't see the mod to be inserted for this in the addon control programme JSGE (or whatever it called :06:)

All my crew still are in full uniform and I was wondering what I can do to get them to tone down their dress sense and relax a bit? :hmmm:

You'll need to go to the mods section and look for a third party/independant mod that changes the uniforms into different types of attire.
