Just want to heap praise on the GWX3 Manual
While I have been running GWX3 for some weeks, now, I only just now got around to reading the manual.
What a wonderful piece of work! Well-written (I am a writer and editor in my day job, so trust me), informative, educational. Even if you aren't using the GWX mod, the manual is worth downloading just for the chapters on tactics and targeting. Well done! |
Big +1 on that.
I started re reading it the other day. Damn fine read :DL |
We have Pablo to thank for that http://www.psionguild.org/forums/ima...ies/pirate.gif

Yeah, GWX3 manual kind of reminds me the good old Their Finest Hour:The Battle of Britain's manual
, plenty of historical data and tactics... or for the die-hard simmer like me, Falcon 4.0 (I still have that manual...)... Guess I just showed my age somewhat... :P |
I miss the days of games coming with an 800 page book and tools, and im only 19!
The GWX manual is well worth the 60$ it cost to print at kinkos! |

IMHO the quality or lock of manuals is one of the most telling ways how software manufacturers are cutting corners.
I remember the BoB manual well. |
Yes, the manual is really great. Thanks, GWX-Team
