How do I manually adjust walking speed?
 

Looking to edit whatever file I need to make it slower - walking is just too frantically fast for my taste. thx

thanks-but how and with what program do I edit that file? with sh3ditor? values to change? I tried download drifter's slow walking mod, but it is password protected-anyone know the password???
