Yes, I have seen this mission disappearing, too. But I thought that I had reached the time-deadline for it. To be honest, I didnīt have a closer look on it as it didnīt disturb me and I just continued with the other missions.

One thing that DID in fact disturb me was the following incident:
During the last part of the "Total Germany" campaign I torpedoed a battleship. That obviously fulfilled the mission requirements, and as soon as the game stated the ship as "destroyed", the ending screen showed up and I ended up in the bunker at the beginning of the new campaign. No chance to see my victim go down in flames.

Mine rolled over due to date. I was sooo confused. I'd been watching a movie, so had the game running 1x while I was in the other room. If anything happened I'd hear my crew yell out.

Instead I come back to a "game over" screen and thought I'd died somehow! But no, it was just the game saying "it's too late, time to go!"
