[TEC]Rain and spotting range .

Vould it be possible to have light fog tied in with rain so that when its raining you always have the reduced visibility ?

It never rains without some kind of fog.
It's linked with the humididy, therefore with the clouds/fog.

That is, except when the weather load bug happens.
