Nicely done - downloading now - Incidently as your working to make the interior scenes a little more engaging I wonder if you would know how to fill the Uboat interior with more food stuff like breads and hams, cheeses and salamis etc -

We know that the Uboats did not have the kind of cool room fascilities that the later US subs did, and we also kknow the uboat crews got the cream of the crop literally at least in the early days of a patrol.

The Germans made more use of more traditional food preservation techniques - as you can see there are some of these already represented but nowhere near the quantities you'd expect in a uboat with 52 blokes on baord

Do you know if its possible to stuff the uboat full of small goods and perhaps sacks and boxes as well - it would add some interesting diversion as the Brits try to sink you

cool looks good i personally would like to see a super high rez chart but thats just me.

i will see, what i can do about the hi rez chart map...

Dont know if they have space problems or something like that :down:, lot of objects uses the same texture file, for all maps 1 single small texture... 1 simple rescale and thats all, and not only for that, most of the submarine textures are repeated again and again, look table textures, box textures... all are the same.

This mod should be a must to in Magnum Opus.

No need the download link, if you downloaded my interior texture mod you have that photos, posters, note papers and books in that mod.

The .dds file for that textures:

\data\Textures\TNormal\tex

various_books_posters_maps.dds

I love the idea... but I really don't think you'd find
patriotic posters in a sub... I think they would've been
ripped out by the crew n replaced with pinups, and of
course the obligatory military info charts... ie ship ID
chart (so crew can study to become familiar).

Always thought all the cupboards in the Officers
section desperately needs posters. The Mil / merchant Ship ID
chart is definitely a must (silouette style). Also, I often
wish the photo at the end of the Capt's bed was better.
I'd imagine he'd have a pic of his wife / kids or maybe
girlfriend. Don't forget pics of germany to remind them what
they are fighting for...
