Remove Helper Icons?

Anyone know how to remove those helper icons that tell you what your mouse buttons and whell do? I know I can be slow at times but I have that stuff down now and hate having to click on them and then the "x" to get rid of them. Having them flash at me is also quite annoying.

Drifter is the guy who took care of business with this one. I would like to see the back of the text boxes that act as tool-tips aswell.
