Minefields????
 

I was at 150 feet at 4 knts on my way to patrol area and explosions,bangs, damage everywhere etc, and i sank...DID:hmmm:!!, what caused this?, are there minefields in the game?, i am running RFB 2.0/RSRD.

In some areas mines are everywhere. I don't play RFB, but I think they increased the minefields quite a lot.

Doubt it was a plane..In TMO it's possible to get killed by a plane at that depth.

If you run into a subnet, you should know it. You'll stop moving and it takes quite some time for it to destroy you. However, if you hit one at flank speed using high TC,,can kill you fast.

I was approaching the San Bernardino straits, it is quite a bottleneck...but didnt expect the japs had mined it in late december 41!!
