Silent Hunter 5 Install Keycode
 

Due to problems with my pc,I un-installed Silent Hunter 5,then re-installed it.When I click to start playing it,I get a Message asking for my Keycode,which I then enter in and then get a message back stating that the Code has been used,which of course it has by me.I have sent Ubisoft an e-mail regarding this matter,but have not had a reply as yet.They won't allow me to play the game now.Has anyone else had this problem? and if so how did they get round it.

Only one registering with keycode allowed!!!
 

Your SH5 keycode is tied to your ubi account, you can install game as many
times as you like but only one keycode/account allowed. So you can not create a new account with same keycode.:salute:
So after installing SH5 again, do not register again, but start game, launcher will then ask you for your name and password.

I've re-installed it many times on the same PC due to me messing things up Modding. Never had it look for the key again. Its come up saying inorrect login details just after reinstall when it opens up the webpage automatically.
But just logout and login again and it works.

With the digital download from Gamersgate, and if you already have the downloaded files still on the harddrive, one has to click the installer and log in at Gamersgate. This seem to be necessary else the installer will not start, even with files already present on the harddrive. Beyond this I do not have to input any keycode.

I guess the keycode is for people buying the game on DVD?

we have explained the proceedures to reinstall the game and just use your original registration to play it, beyond that you can resolve any issue of keycodes with the vender you purchased the game from.
