Steam download, what directory to point GwX3 to?
 

As teh title asks, I have DLed the Steam version of SH3 and also have DL the GWX3 files. When I execute the GWX3 file it defaults to /program/ubisoft/silenthunterIII which I dont have.
Where would I point it to if Steam set all the directories?

Also, it says modded files were found so it can not install, even when it tries the default directory. I have not added any mods, only just downloaded it. So not sure what the problem is. i tried executing it into Programfiles/steam/steamapps/ and tried a few in there to no avail

I'm looking to purchase SHIII from Steam and downloading GHX 3.0 as well. How did you get it to work?

What resolution are you playing at using the GHX 3.0 mod?

No probs. Note that your savegames and other stuff will be in "\Documents and Settings\YOURUSERNAME\My Documents\SH3\data\cfg"

This is the case with most Steam versions of games, so if you want to apply mods it's useful to remember :up:

Same for me. Just remember to install all your mods in the same directory
