RUSE is pretty good (free demo)

Its command and conquer in 3D, with lots of eye candy. Set in WW2, lots of unit types make it very interesting. Free beta demo is available from steam, includes single player map, and online multiplayer.

Yea, i think it needs some work.. I love the concept of the game style but i dont know.. it just dont seem to click for me
