Is there any mod available which adds more tools for plotting on map and stuff?

What kind of tools? Prety much everything is there that is needed. Quite a lot can be done using the provied tools in conjunction with each other.

Yes, but I think it might not look as nice.

Assuming the plotted graphics stick with a future game, I would like to see a circle tool, without the vector line coming out from the center. Maybe with a tiny 50% alpha pixel dot in the center.

Hm, and maybe the ability to type text along any straight lines made with any tool. Like clicking the center of the line, and you could type in text that on competion aligned itself with the straight line.

Maybe a basic text tool? Tiny font size.

For example how about a tool which enables you to use relative bearings to make plots and marks....

A Nomograph would be very nice...
