Game -killing problem--any ideas?
 

I have found that whenever plotting an approach for an attack and using the navigation tools ,sooner or later whenever I move my mouse pointer onto the map with any tool attached it always jumps to my submarine and so no more navigation inputs are possible. I have found that whenever this happens my keyboard "F" keys also stop working---game impossible to play.
I have tried removing mods but this doesnt deem to help. Restarting the game clears the problem but it invariably reappears again.
If anyone else has met this type of issue or can suggest a possible cause I should be very grateful---Thanks
