Lowering the observation scope
 

Is there any way to lower that damn obs periscope? I can't get it down and it looks so stupid and annoying when it's up all the time that I refuse to play it if I can't lower it!

Yes, it is simple.
Press F1 and see in your keyboard layout what are the key commands assignments, for the periscopes and for a buch of other commands

and step away from the obs peri before lowering it with the keyboard commands!
The obs peri cannot be lowered fully if you are looking through it ;)

You can not lower it while looking through it.
so step away from it [Esc]
then press either [Delete] or [Page Down] (one is obs, other is attack scope.) cant remember whichway round it is.
you can also hold [Shift] while pressing key to fully lower it.
