Collectible figurine more like Madame Tussauds' sculpt

I believe this new arrival is taking a leap in terms of quality
I'm not much of a collector but I have a couple figurine(one a samurai and another a hot toys designated marksman)

But this one is pushing the edge of surrealism as far as the head sculpt is concerned
Unbelievable!

Wow, they need to make Herr Kaleu from Das Boot and they'd have at least one sale!

Never before has Ed Harris been in so tiny that it would make mine eyes sparkle and glitter with tears of joy.

I sent them an email asking if they had a U-boat commander, they don't but they are seriously considering it!:yep:

I love their samurai line. Their samurai line is most probably the best 1/6 scale samurai ever. All things metal are made from metal....and judging by the looks of it these samurais' armor and weapons are handcrafted :hmmm: . It made my 1/6 Hot toys looked pale in comparison. The only thing rather lacking is the head sculpt is not as good as Major Konig. Their samurai lines are a bit more pricey too but imo well worth the cost.

Well it looks worse in picture but it's actually quite impressive for a 1/6 figure in person. Note the mask and helmet are all made of metal. The blue rod on the lower arms(arm guards) are metal too. The plates are metal too as well as the war fan and the swords and what needs to be woven and knit are woven and knit

Im getting Major Konig for sure hope it arrives here not too long from now though I would estimate that I probably need to wait 6 months or so.
I would prefer the face to be the real Major Konig if there was the real Major Konig. As for Zaitsev it's not bad too maybe when I stumble upon a bucket of cash.

Does anyone know how much these things cost? I'm almost afraid to ask!:hmmm:

Major Konig and Zaitsev would cost slightly above a 100 bucks each. It's safe to assume US$120.00

The samurais would cost US$150.00 but I got one for US$120.00. Well I asked for a discount :DL

Edit: Well it's rather expensive but it's not exceedingly expensive. It's not like we're going to spend 300 bucks on it
If you really like it perhaps saving some money to get one that you really like could be worth the patience. No one is forcing us to buy the whole lot. If it's only one or two then why not? They are not toys but must be regarded as display item. Sure we could play with how to pose them but that's about it I guess. The really good ones make fabulous display. The samurai figure that I had looks more like an exotic oriental(Japanese) souvenir when displayed. That picture above doesn't do it justice.
